  • What types of printing services do you offer?

    We offer a full range of printing services, including digital printing, large-format printing (posters, banners, signs), synthetic printing, and promotional product printing.

  • Do you offer graphic design services?

    Yes! We have an in-house graphic design team ready to help with everything from logo creation to full marketing campaigns and layout design for print materials. We have everything you need to enhance the visual impact of your brand and/or custom project in both print and digital world.

  • Can I print something I designed myself?

    Definitely! We accept print-ready files in formats like PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPGs. We will review your files to ensure they're print-ready. If you need assistance making your files print-ready, we have a design time to assist you in this process - or set it up for you.

  • What file formats do you accept?

    We typically accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, JPG, and TIFF at ideally 300dpi. For best results, please use CMYK color mode and include a minimum 0.125" bleed if applicable.

  • Do you have minimum order quantities?

    It depends on the product. While some items can be printed as single units, promotional products or specialized printed materials may require minimum quantities.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    Turnaround times vary by project. Standard digital print jobs can often be completed within 1–3 business days. Larger or more complex projects may take longer. We’ll provide a timeline when quoting your job! If the job is a rush we can speed up the process for an additional cost when possible.

  • Can I ship my order?

    Yes! We’re based in Watertown, Connecticut, and offer both local pickup, local and international shipping.

  • Do you offer mailing services?

    Yes. We provide full mailing solutions, including graphic design, list processing, addressing, and direct mail fulfillment. We’ll even take of the delivery to the post office.

  • Can I see a proof before printing?

    Yes. We always provide digital proofs for approval, and printed proofs are available upon request (may incur a fee).

  • How do I receive a quote?

    You can request a quote by calling us, emailing your project details, or filling out the quote form on our website.

  • Can you match colors exactly?

    We do our best to match colors as closely as possible using Pantone or CMYK references. For color-critical projects, we recommend a printed proof or physical color sample for the most accurate match.

  • What is bleed and why is it important?

    Bleed is extra space (usually 0.125") added around the edges of your design to ensure that your final print goes all the way to the edge without any white borders. It prevents unintended gaps during the trimming process.

  • Do you offer eco-friendly printing options?

    Yes! We offer recycled paper stocks and sustainable printing practices upon request. Just let us know your preferences.

  • Can I order a past order?

    Absolutely! We keep records of previous jobs and files, so reordering is quick and easy. Just contact us with the project name or order number for an exact reorder.

  • Do you offer variable data printing?

    Yes. We can personalize each printed piece with unique names, addresses, QR codes, or other information, which is great for direct mail campaigns.

  • Can you help with branding or rebranding?

    Absolutely. Our design team can create full branding packages, including logo design, brand guidelines, business cards, signage, and more.

  • Do you print wedding invitations or event materials?

    Yes, we print a variety of custom event materials, including wedding invitations, programs, save-the-dates, menus, and signage!

  • What if I’m not satisfied with the final product?

    Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.

  • Can you print samples before I commit to a large order?

    Yes, sample prints are available for most projects. Some may be free; others may have a small fee depending on complexity and quantity.

  • How do I prepare my files for print?

    We recommend using CMYK color mode, at least 300 dpi resolution, and including a 0.125” bleed. If you're unsure, our team can assist with file setup.
